The mission of the Hilltop Arts Collective is to empower the Hilltop community through arts and culture. Their newest addition to the neighborhood came to life as selected artist Raeghan Buchanan’s work began to share her own story along the walls of Ava’s Taste of the Caribbean. A celebration of everyday people, the new artwork activates the walls and brings a spotlight to a new food establishment in the center of the Hilltop.
